Membership:

Membership is open to all Devotees of the Temples across the world.

Overseas members are welcome.

APEX GOVERNING BODY

5 Member Administration committee shall comprise of Chairman, vice Chairman, General Secretary and Joint Secretary and Treasurer who will be selected by consensus and in consultation with Exnora International.

Patrons will be adopted by invitations.

Directors: Can be co-opted to advice individual temples regarding Ammenities, Solid waste Management, Sewage waste management, nandavanam, Temple Tank, Heritage Preservation and Public Relationship, Volunteer Bank etc.,

LOCAL ADMINISTRATION (for each temple or group of temple)

5 Member local administration committee shall comprise of President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer.

Representation for temple staff, residents and traders (legal) in the neighbourhood and devotee sangams are encouraged.

All members of local committee will become member of Temple Exnora.

The temple administration committee should meet every Friday or Sunday as convenient.

Volunteers:

Every temple should form a volunteer bank of 100 persons who whill be able to contribute to the cleaning of the temple interior and exterior. Remove garbage and help keep the place tidy. They should also cover temple tanks and nandavanam. An address book with e-mail / mobile phone numbers should be maintained and updated.

Cleaning should be undertaken any Sunday or a minimum of 1 Sunday per month. Assistance of workers can be taken for cleaning of toilets and sewage lines / septic tanks.

FUNDS:

Funds will have to be collected from local devotees and traders. Governing body will help in this regard to bring donors from corporate sector for big temples.
