Five persons can form Temple Exnora & transform
If there is no Exnora Innovators Club in a town or village, interested persons can form Temple Exnora for any one temple and take up with Temple Exnora National Coalition, get its approval with a Registration Number and commence the work.
Five persons are enough to form Temple Exnora (or Kovil Exnora) for each Temple.
Temple Exnora (or Temple Exnora / Kovil Exnora) will be temple based, one Temple Exnora for ONE TEMPLE.
If there are ten temples there will be Ten Temple Exnoras (or Temple / Kovil Exnoras).
